Lead regional operational oversight for delegated authorities/MGAs across EMEA, ensuring governance, due diligence, compliance, data quality, reporting, system fitness (Alpha, Salesforce, Vipr, HUB), SLA management, audits, and process improvements while liaising with underwriters and stakeholders.

Build and maintain end-to-end agentic systems and retrieval pipelines to fetch, process, deduplicate, and surface large medical record sets.
