Conduct fundamental semiconductor industry research, build and maintain detailed financial models, perform valuation and earnings analysis, prepare thematic and company reports, engage with management and institutional investors, monitor supply chain and regulatory trends, and support senior analysts in developing investment recommendations and client communications.

Work with Shared Services to identify process improvement opportunities, shape AI and automation use cases, document requirements, support implementation, drive process mapping and reengineering, facilitate stakeholder workshops, collaborate with technology and data teams, and support change management for successful adoption.

Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to identify and implement data-driven and AI solutions for Shared Services. Translate requirements into analytics, dashboards, and data models; perform analysis with SQL/Python/Power BI; support data governance; evaluate and deploy AI/automation; and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Maintain operational health and performance of trading and investment applications by providing Level 1/2 support, resolving incidents, participating in releases and change management, improving monitoring and runbooks, driving support standardization, delivering automation, mentoring teammates, and participating in on-call rotations while collaborating with development, infrastructure, network, and security teams.

Serve as first-line IT support via phone, email, and MS Teams. Manage tickets in a service desk, perform remote troubleshooting, administer Active Directory and MFA, configure shared drives and Microsoft 365 groups, contribute to the knowledge base, assist onboarding/offboarding, and participate in shift rotations/on-call to support global time zones while meeting SLA targets.
