Client-facing technical role embedding with enterprise customers to deploy AI models and agentic workflows into production. Build, code, test, and troubleshoot solutions using the EXLdata.AI platform, integrate systems and data, translate business problems into technical solutions, and provide feedback to improve the core AI platform. Travel and on-site work with clients as needed.

Provide commercial, solution-focused legal advice for technology transactions, platform businesses, enterprise partnerships and vendor agreements. Draft, review, negotiate and close SaaS, licensing, hosting and partnership contracts; support cross-functional teams on data privacy, security, AI and regulatory issues; develop templates, playbooks and contract management practices.

Provide counsel on litigation, employment, and commercial contracting across global jurisdictions. Manage full litigation lifecycle, oversee outside counsel and legal spend, draft and negotiate complex B2B agreements, advise on data privacy/security, support HR on employment matters, and partner with business teams on contract lifecycle and dispute resolution.

Deploy and optimize EXLdata.ai in client cloud environments, troubleshoot infra/IAM/pipeline issues, build and customize data pipelines (PySpark/SQL/Databricks/Snowflake), integrate GenAI agents, drive client value realization, and feed product feedback to engineering while providing white-glove managed-service support.

Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing and procurement programs, manage client relationships, oversee a team of sourcing professionals, run RFx processes, supplier selection, negotiations, and contracting, monitor KPIs/SLAs, and drive continuous improvement across global engagements.

Lead end-to-end delivery of life and annuity projects within TPA environments. Develop project plans, manage scope, budgets, risks, and stakeholders, oversee integrations and platform upgrades, ensure regulatory compliance and quality, lead cross-functional teams and vendors, and drive AI/digital initiatives (LifePRO, LDS, portals) to improve operations and automation.

Prepare, review, and send outgoing audit letters; monitor delivery confirmations and reprocess failures; handle chats and email correspondence; escalate issues, report system/workflow problems, and comply with HIPAA and quality/productivity standards to support the audit process.

Serve as the primary liaison for providers by handling inbound/outbound calls, emails, chats, and voicemails; resolve and escalate issues; maintain documentation; meet quality/productivity standards; uphold HIPAA and confidentiality; assist providers with portal navigation and contact verification.

Responsible for data governance and stewardship: maintain data quality and metadata, define and enforce data policies and standards, coordinate with business and technical stakeholders, and support compliance and data lifecycle management.

Implement and maintain metadata management solutions (Collibra) across cloud data platforms. Build metadata ingestion, synchronization, lineage capture, and CDE frameworks. Integrate with Databricks Unity Catalog, support governance, stewardship, regulatory compliance, and produce technical documentation and governance artifacts.
