Drive new business growth across mid-market and SMB restaurant accounts by selling PAR’s unified commerce software and hardware solutions. Responsibilities include prospecting, product demonstrations, consultative selling, executive relationship building, campaign collaboration, pipeline and forecast management, CRM administration, competitive research, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role requires restaurant or hospitality technology sales experience and travel up to 50%.

Leads the Hardware Product Management organization and owns PAR’s Drive-Thru product portfolio. Defines product strategy, roadmaps, market positioning, and growth plans while managing Product Managers. Oversees the full hardware product lifecycle, partners with Engineering and Project Management, and drives commercialization, customer adoption, profitability, and product-market fit. Builds business cases, monitors financial performance, develops talent, and establishes scalable product management processes.

Manage PAR’s hardware portfolio from concept through end-of-life, developing product strategies, roadmaps, business cases, requirements, pricing, and lifecycle plans. Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to launch products, monitor KPIs, improve quality, and address customer and market needs. Support hardware innovations across terminals, peripherals, mobility, displays, kiosks, IoT, and related technologies.

Lead intake, design, build, and delivery of governed enterprise AI solutions across business units. Triage requests, recommend technical paths, manage MCP/API integrations, develop prompts/knowledge architectures, build lightweight internal AI tools, maintain SharePoint skills library, and align deployments with IT, security, and governance requirements.

Design, automate, and support AWS cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes (EKS) platform. Build IaC with OpenTofu/Terraform, manage GitOps deployments with Argo CD/Helm, develop automation in Python, implement monitoring in Datadog, troubleshoot production incidents, participate in on-call rotation, and improve CI/CD, security, and operational readiness.

Own and expand relationships with major enterprise customers by leading complex renewals, negotiating agreements, driving retention, and closing upsell opportunities. Serve as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders on loyalty, marketing, and customer engagement solutions. Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Finance while using customer data, usage trends, and market intelligence to inform account strategy and growth.
