Partners with venue operations, guest experience, threat management, and HR leaders; tracks learning effectiveness and guest-experience outcomes; supports seasonal workforce ramp-up; and leads a small learning team across multiple locations.

Oversee multi-state and local payroll tax operations, including compliance, tax law monitoring, W-2 processing, reconciliations, registrations, audits, agency notices, and year-end activities. Manage payroll system integrations between Oracle and ADP, resolve discrepancies, support SOX and internal controls compliance, and partner with Accounting and Treasury on accruals and general ledger reconciliation. Identify process improvements while collaborating with Payroll, HR, Accounting, and external vendors.

Creates and executes short-form social media content for MSG Entertainment venues and the Rockettes. Responsibilities include filming, editing, producing, and posting TikTok and Instagram Reels; leading on-site event shoots; developing social concepts; analyzing performance; tracking trends; coordinating with internal teams and partners; and assisting with budgets and music licensing. Requires availability for nights and weekends during live events.

Administer, configure, optimize, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, including GL, AP, AR, FA, FAH, and Expenses. Troubleshoot incidents, accounting exceptions, integrations, scheduled processes, and reconciliation issues.
