Serve as Syllo’s first dedicated commercial counsel: lead enterprise MSA and NDA negotiations, own IP and data-privacy contract terms, build negotiation playbooks and contract processes, manage contract administration, advise Sales and Customer Success, and identify material legal risk to enable deal velocity while protecting the company.

The Senior Content Specialist will create high-quality external and internal marketing collateral, manage the content lifecycle, and collaborate with executives to evolve brand messaging.

Support the Head of Finance with accounting schedules, depreciation/amortization, variable compensation, invoicing, AR/AP, payroll, financial filings, month-end close, budgeting, cap table and board prep. Perform financial analysis in Excel, provide administrative support to senior leaders, handle sensitive information discreetly, and identify workflow improvements. Serve as a technical partner between Customer Success and Engineering to resolve complex enterprise escalations, debug live production systems, perform root cause analysis, build scripts and diagnostic tools for self-service, and participate in a rotating on-call schedule to ensure fast, expert client resolution.

Own end-to-end training relationships for large legal accounts: assess needs, design account-specific curricula, deliver live/asynchronous training, maintain client portals, produce analytics reports, and surface product feedback to internal teams to drive retention and expansion.
