Lead accounting for a nonprofit, overseeing fund accounting, complex financial reporting, audits, government contract and grant compliance, banking and cash management, and accounting system improvements. Manage the accounting department, prepare quarterly and annual financials, and maintain auditor and regulatory relationships to ensure financial sustainability and compliance.

Provide clerical and administrative support for Enhanced Family Foster Care legal matters: obtain and track vital records, prepare and serve TPR-related documents, conduct searches (e.g., LexisNexis), notarize and record orders, scan/redact case files, and support counsel to expedite permanency for children.

Lead HR strategy and operations with emphasis on compensation, HRIS, payroll data integrity, benefits, talent acquisition, and compliance. Oversee HR systems, vendor relationships (ADP, ClearCompany), reporting, process improvements, performance management, workforce planning, and leadership development to support organizational goals and equitable, trauma-informed practices.
