Serve as a senior technical lead and trusted advisor for Criteo clients: develop deep product expertise, drive implementations, define strategic initiatives, design scalable solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, run workshops/trainings, create tools and documentation, and collaborate cross-functionally to increase adoption and client impact.

Drive adoption and revenue for Criteo's App advertising products (App Retargeting & App Install) by partnering with Sales and Account Strategists to pitch, up-sell, and win business. Engage advertiser and agency app teams, enable sellers with playbooks and office hours, translate complex product solutions into actionable strategies, collect market feedback, and evangelize best practices to grow client adoption and meet revenue goals.

Lead client strategy and support for Criteo Curation across Commerce Grid and third-party SSPs. Drive onboarding, optimization, troubleshooting, performance reporting, and adoption growth. Partner with Sales, Product, Technical, and Analytics teams to scale activation, identify new opportunities (including CTV), and represent Curation internally and to clients/agencies.

Lead global sales and customer success teams for Criteo's SSP and curation businesses. Drive revenue, build high-performing multi-regional teams, define GTM strategy, expand 3rd-party SSP partnerships, and represent the business with agency, publisher, and executive stakeholders.

Lead development, administration, and governance of executive compensation and equity programs. Prepare Compensation Committee and Board materials, perform benchmarking and financial modeling, support proxy disclosures, coordinate cross-functional implementation, and advise on hiring, promotions, severance, and regulatory matters.

Serve as the commercial lead on a portfolio of strategic existing and new accounts to drive revenue growth. Build executive relationships, develop and execute strategic account plans, consultatively sell to expand partnerships, and lead cross-functional teams to optimize campaign performance. Engage clients virtually and in person, sharing insights to influence product and go-to-market strategy.
