Leads product marketing for Carta’s private equity and venture capital segments. Owns buyer personas, full-funnel messaging, enterprise content systems, AI-powered marketing infrastructure, integrated outbound campaigns, and campaign measurement. Partners with demand generation, integrated marketing, sales enablement, and creative teams to improve positioning, content quality, engagement, and pipeline impact.

Supports treasury and payment operations by resolving payment exceptions, approving outgoing payment batches, managing specialized disbursements, administering bank portal controls, monitoring banking data and credit limits, reconciling transactions, auditing bank fees, and executing liquidity transfers. The role requires strategic campaign planning, hands-on execution, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.

Own the client onboarding journey from signed contract through CSM handoff. Manage implementation timelines, milestones, stakeholders, client communication, risks, and blockers. Collaborate with sales, legal delivery, and customer success teams; conduct structured handoffs; track time-to-revenue, CSAT, and milestone completion; and improve onboarding playbooks and processes.

Develop and execute full-funnel paid media strategies across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments. Optimize paid search, digital advertising, third-party media, ABM, personalization, and demand-generation campaigns to improve pipeline, lead quality, and return on ad spend. Conduct A/B testing, evaluate channel performance, pilot emerging advertising tools, and collaborate with campaign, content, product marketing, sales, web, and operations teams across global markets.

Owns the end-to-end Workday integration lifecycle, including architecture, configuration, deployment, production support, data mapping, validation, migrations, release management, and regression testing. Advises HR, IT, and business stakeholders on scalable integration solutions; maintains connections with external HR platforms; and extends Workday through applications, calculated fields, and automation. Requires deep experience across Workday modules, integration technologies, security, encryption, global data flows, and compliance.

Lead end-to-end post-training of open-weight language models on proprietary legal data, including dataset development, objective design, supervised fine-tuning, preference optimization, reinforcement learning, evaluation, and distributed training. Build production model-serving systems, agents, tooling, and infrastructure. Partner with product engineers, lawyers, and domain experts to translate workflows into model and evaluation strategies and deliver AI capabilities to users.

Sell Carta's equity and fund administration software to early-stage (SMB) companies. Own high-velocity outbound prospecting, manage 20–25 deals/month, handle contract and pricing discussions, maintain CRM hygiene (Salesforce/Terret), and use AI tools to scale productivity. Hit quota, surface customer insights, and collaborate with internal teams while receiving training on fintech concepts and MEDDIC.

Lead complex software engineering projects for Carta’s KYC platform from concept through production. Simplify architecture and infrastructure, improve performance and reliability, use AI-assisted development tools, mentor engineers through reviews and guidance, and collaborate with product and design. The role involves building and integrating a unified compliance platform supporting high-volume entity screening across private-market transactions.

Develops and expands Carta’s relationships with venture capital law firms to increase referrals, market penetration, and adoption of fund and investor products. Builds partner strategies, activates mutual business opportunities, gathers market feedback, and collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and other teams. Represents Carta at partner meetings and industry events, with at least 25% travel.
