As a Staff Accountant, you will manage month-end close, reconciliations, compliance, financial reporting, and day-to-day accounting operations, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and identifying process improvements.

Own and grow 3–5 strategic enterprise accounts by building executive relationships, defining multi-product expansion strategies, running quarterly business reviews, resolving legal/compliance and technical integration issues, and driving TVL and net dollar retention through measured expansion plans.

Design, build, and operate AI-powered sales automation and RevOps systems. Own GTM technology stack, integrations, and workflows to prioritize accounts, enrich and segment data, automate outreach and lifecycle processes, and improve forecasting and pipeline visibility. Partner with Sales leaders to deploy automation, enable adoption, and deliver revenue intelligence and operational dashboards that drive account prioritization and improved GTM performance.

Support institutional fundraising and partner engagement for Acumen's Poverty & Climate and Acumen Academy work. Conduct prospect research, maintain and manage donor pipelines and CRM, draft proposals and external materials, prepare briefings and meeting follow-ups, support event content and planning, and coordinate with global teams and grant management to ensure partner deliverables and reporting.

Manage and grow relationships with intercity bus operator partners, source new partners in the US East region, conduct market research, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, analyze partner performance to optimize profitability, and represent Flix at industry events.
