Drive new U.S. sales for TENADO CAD through consultative outreach (phone/virtual), acquire customers, upsell existing accounts, maintain CRM pipeline, use modern and AI-driven sales tools, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to position CAD solutions.

Build and maintain internal AI workflows, tools, integrations, and client-specific projects. Document and train team members, support AI adoption, implement practical improvements, and stay current on AI tools and platforms used day-to-day.

Support adoption of platform capabilities and provide technical guidance on performance and operations.

Own enterprise customer relationships from post-sale through renewal and expansion. Lead renewals, pricing and commercial negotiations, monitor account health, identify risk and expansion opportunities, conduct business reviews, maintain Salesforce records, coordinate technical needs with Support/Technical CSMs, surface product gaps and patterns, and use AI/automation to scale and prioritize work.

Lead post-sales value realization by turning pre-sales ROI commitments into measurable outcomes. Build measurement frameworks, track KPIs, run executive value reviews, identify expansion signals, create reusable value playbooks, and feed outcome data into product and solution design to support renewals and growth.

Support operational excellence by owning reporting and dashboards, improving CRM data quality, building Excel-based reports and Redtail workflows, auditing data, coordinating cross-functional projects, documenting SOPs, testing processes, and identifying automation opportunities to improve firm-wide operations.

Provide empathetic, timely support to customers, resolve inquiries and issues, document interactions, and escalate complex problems to appropriate teams.

Lead requirements elicitation and stakeholder workshops for enterprise application modernization. Analyze and document business processes, translate needs into user stories and functional requirements, create process maps, support UAT and solution validation, and maintain governance and SDLC documentation while collaborating with PMs, developers, and architects.
