Manage 3–5 Meta and Instagram advertising accounts for ecommerce and DTC clients. Develop paid social strategies, optimize campaigns and budgets, guide creative development, analyze performance data, troubleshoot attribution, and deliver reporting and strategic recommendations. Serve as the primary client contact for Meta performance while monitoring platform trends and collaborating with internal growth, media, and creative teams.

Build and lead production AI infrastructure for institutional commercial real estate. Develop full-stack workflows, document parsers, data foundations, MCP servers, LLM features, evaluation systems, and React-based portals. Deploy solutions in client Azure environments, productize reusable components, ensure auditable accuracy, work directly with clients, and help hire and lead distributed engineers.

Serve as the first point of contact for limited partners, answering questions about fund economics, capital calls, banking, distributions, tax documents, and reporting. Manage high-volume investor communications with accuracy and empathy, escalate sensitive issues, and collaborate with legal, tax, banking, sales, and product teams. Identify recurring problems, provide product feedback, and develop workflows, automations, and other improvements to scale investor support.

Own financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and reporting across revenue, growth, unit economics, and strategic initiatives. Evaluate business opportunities and partnerships, improve revenue economics, and translate complex financial and operational data into recommendations. Partner directly with the Founder and business leaders on strategic projects, commercial payor relationships, resource allocation, and execution as the company scales.

Leads digital product strategy and end-to-end client experiences for Citi Wealth’s U.S. Consumer Wealth platform. Manages a portfolio of self-directed and managed-account digital features, defines roadmaps, requirements, OKRs, and KPIs, and partners with engineering, UX/UI, QA, and business stakeholders. Uses research, analytics, and experimentation to improve client and commercial outcomes while managing risk, compliance, and stakeholder communication. Requires extensive digital product leadership experience in financial services, especially wealth management.
