Provide high-touch executive and personal support to the CEO including calendar, travel, inbox, vendor research, HR coordination, payments and expense tracking, special projects, and event support. Hands-on finance and operations role supporting accounting, treasury, merchant operations, and compliance. Tasks include reviewing bookkeeping, journal entries, BigQuery revenue extracts, QBO imports, reconciliations, chargeback and amortization entries, vendor invoice processing, merchant invoicing and support, KYB/compliance documentation, sales tax and MTL support, and monthly/quarterly filing checks.

Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys: prepare and proofread legal documents, manage calendars and travel, file court documents, maintain client files, assist with billing and time entry, communicate with clients and courts, perform basic legal research, support discovery and trial preparation, and other administrative duties.
