Six-month, full-time creator internship supporting social and creative teams to produce platform-native content (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube). Duties include filming, editing, designing assets, writing short-form copy, trend research, shoot support, content adaptation, calendar management, and participating in brainstorming and client/internal meetings.

Develop and execute organic growth strategies for creator-led and entertainment brand accounts across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. Lead design and implementation of high-throughput, low-latency programmatic bidding systems. Collaborate with ML engineers to deploy real-time inference, optimize distributed microservices, run experiments and quantitative analysis, and partner with product to ship scalable features. Foster operational excellence, mentor engineers, and continuously improve performance and reliability.

Serve as the technical/product bridge between customers, sales, and product: run discovery and demo calls, capture requirements, configure onboarding and integrations, feed product insights to engineering, and support adoption to demonstrate ROI.
