Lead strategic people operations for the organization, managing HR core functions including full-cycle recruiting, benefits and compensation strategy, PEO partnership, performance management, employee relations, I-9 administration, HR policies, and workforce planning. Partner with Finance on headcount, payroll, and people metrics, coordinate workplace programs and reporting, supervise HR/office staff, and support culture, onboarding, and organizational development.

Build and qualify pipeline of insurance agencies, brokerages, and MGAs via targeted outbound and inbound outreach. Lead social-first creative and content production, concepting and executing short-form video, static and real-time content across platforms. Collaborate with account and strategy teams, present ideas, attend shoots/events, and help shape integrated campaigns while mentoring junior creatives and supporting agency brand presence.

Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and integrations (APIs, files, RPA). Optimize Postgres and SQL for scale, implement monitoring, lead data projects, mentor engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure reliable data delivery.

Build end-to-end consumer product features across web and native mobile, designing polished UIs, clean APIs, and resilient backend systems. Own projects from product design through implementation, ensuring scalability, availability, observability, and secure transaction handling while collaborating closely with product and design.

Lead and manage the Oobeo/EnforcePlus engineering team while serving as the senior full-stack engineer. Own architecture, roadmap, AWS/GCP infrastructure, integrations (payments, Twilio, LPR), CI/CD, tests, and production stability. Drive AI-paired development adoption and mentor engineers, hire and onboard, and deliver platform modernizations and Django upgrades.

Provide excellent guest service and product recommendations, meet sales and service goals, participate in store meetings and merchandising, assist in onboarding teammates, and perform physical tasks (lifting, stocking, standing) and other duties to support store operations and brand presentation.
