The CRM & Retention Marketing Manager will lead lifecycle marketing strategies, enhance CRM platform performance, and use analytics to improve customer retention and engagement.

Design and build scalable AI management systems. Integrate AI APIs, deliver full-stack features, and collaborate closely with the founding team.

Run discovery calls, deliver technical and business-facing demos of the API and identity graph, collaborate with engineering/data on scoping, match-rate tests, and POCs, and relay market feedback to shape product and roadmap.

Support transaction teams across originating, executing, and monitoring digital infrastructure investments. Perform financial modeling, valuation, research, due diligence, investor presentations, portfolio monitoring, and assist portfolio companies with strategic growth. Interact with investors, lenders, advisors and senior management; travel may be required.

Manage and grow a portfolio of channel partners to generate pipeline and closed business. Develop trusted advisor relationships, enable and train partners, track referrals through the sales funnel, prepare performance forecasts, attend industry events, and travel frequently to drive partner engagement and revenue.

Support and execute PR programs for multiple clients across traditional, digital, and social channels. Conduct media outreach, build relationships with journalists and influencers, draft and edit pitches and press materials, track and report coverage, and collaborate with senior team members on strategy. Manage multiple projects and deadlines, participate in meetings, and contribute to integrated marketing initiatives while pursuing professional development.

Build and maintain GTM infrastructure and automations supporting Sales, Growth, and Customer Success. Design workflows, integrate HubSpot and other tools, create AI chatbots, build internal UIs, instrument metrics, and improve data quality to scale revenue operations.

Manage SSU Advanced Soccer Program across NY-Metro: ensure curriculum delivery and class quality, mentor and train coaches, recruit and onboard staff, run coach development seminars, conduct observations with measurable feedback, resolve escalated quality issues, coordinate seasonal staffing, and oversee the annual summer camp program.
