Manage a defined book of business by improving retention, reducing churn, identifying expansion opportunities, and closing upsell and cross-sell deals. Own strategic partner relationships and serve as the primary contact for ecosystem partners. Build progression, combat scaling, economy, rewards, models, simulations, tuning tools, and documentation. Implement and iterate systems in Unity, collaborate with gameplay and engineering teams, use analytics and playtest results to balance systems, and translate ambiguous problems into shippable solutions.
