Manage regional SaaS accounts across Texas and the Northeast, driving new-logo acquisition, upsell, and cross-sell revenue. Build customer and partner relationships, coordinate onboarding and complex escalations, track account metrics, maintain pipeline and Salesforce hygiene, and represent customer needs in product strategy. Create account documentation, scopes of work, level-of-effort estimates, and actionable recommendations while collaborating with sales, support, product, technology, operations, and business development teams.

Support sales by delivering technical presentations and demos, design solutions for enterprise deals, integrate software and automation systems, gather competitive intelligence, and relay customer needs to product teams to drive product improvements.

Own strategic partner relationships and serve as the primary contact for ecosystem partners. Partner with hiring leaders to design hiring strategies, source and assess candidates, manage interviews and offers, use ATS/CRM/analytics (Greenhouse preferred) and AI-enabled tools, mentor recruiters, lead TA projects, and improve processes while ensuring compliance and an excellent candidate experience.

Own the design and implementation of core systems for a pre-production F2P mobile live-service game. Build progression, combat scaling, economy, rewards, models, simulations, tuning tools, and documentation. Implement and iterate systems in Unity, collaborate with gameplay and engineering teams, use analytics and playtest results to balance systems, and translate ambiguous problems into shippable solutions.

Write and produce The Women’s Game newsletter covering women’s soccer, including match previews, recaps, curated news, cultural commentary, and fact-checked copy. Collaborate with editors, newsletter leadership, social media, and marketing teams; participate in editorial brainstorming; maintain brand voice and deadlines; and help manage newsletter scheduling and format development. Weekend availability is required as needed.

Leads Neocol’s Salesforce alliance strategy and partner-facing commercial pod. Builds executive relationships, designs repeatable co-sell plays, drives partner-sourced pipeline, manages partner tier health and certifications, directs channel marketing priorities, tracks competitive positioning, and provides revenue leadership with partner pipeline intelligence.
