Owns complex Tier 2 technical support escalations across Stratus and the Autodesk ecosystem, including Revit, BIM 360/ACC, and Navisworks issues. Diagnoses configuration, integration, permission, and platform problems; uses AI tools for research, troubleshooting, communication, and automation; documents solutions; improves AI support knowledge; escalates defects to engineering; mentors L1 agents; and contributes to service metrics and customer experience.

Own the end-to-end enterprise customer experience, information architecture, design-system governance, research, prototyping, validation, and integration of product and conversation design. Influence cross-functional teams, establish design standards, guide hiring and development, and design AI and conversational experiences with strong failure recovery, trust, and usability.

Owns end-to-end delivery of cloud platform rollouts, migrations, and customer deployments. Coordinates engineering, services, customers, and leadership; maintains product roadmaps, gathers requirements, secures approvals, and removes delivery blockers. Produces release notes, product documentation, caveats, and monthly leadership reports while directing technical programs and supporting deadline-driven execution across multiple stakeholders.
