Designs conceptual, preliminary, and final high-voltage substation structures, foundations, lightning protection systems, bus systems, and factory-built structures. Prepares and reviews structural and foundation calculations, drawings, equipment specifications, and layouts for code and customer compliance. Own and evolve Voltus’s infrastructure platform, including Kubernetes and Nomad workloads, AWS architecture, identity and secrets, stateful systems, observability, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and developer tooling. Lead business-critical migrations with minimal downtime, establish reliable deployment and rollback practices, mentor engineers, participate in on-call, and build secure infrastructure supporting AI-assisted development.

Plans and executes B2B marketing campaigns across email, social, paid advertising, content, PR, and internal communications. Creates content, manages vendors and budgets, updates the website, supports digital and in-person events, tracks and optimizes campaign performance, contributes to marketing strategy, and mentors junior team members.
