Frequent travel to support field coaching and customer engagement.

Partner with sales and product teams to drive pre-sales activities for conversational AI solutions: run demos, lead discovery sessions, design technical solutions, scope and manage POCs, develop SOWs, and liaise between customers and internal delivery teams to ensure successful implementations.

Lead centralized procurement for a $30M addressable spend and ~150 vendors. Build category strategies, enforce procurement policy and CLM, drive cost savings, manage supplier relationships, and report to executive leadership while coaching a Procurement Manager.

Drive regional revenue by recruiting, onboarding, and managing strategic partners. Develop joint sales strategies, lead partner-led and direct selling efforts, use CRM and sales tools to track performance, overcome buyer resistance, strengthen customer relationships via partners, and monitor market and competitor trends to position Temenos solutions.

Lead corporate and practice-level marketing strategy for affiliated cardiology practices: build scalable marketing playbooks, manage vendors and budgets, run local patient campaigns (SEO/PPC, reputation), support BD with B2B assets, ensure HIPAA/Stark compliance, and track/report marketing KPIs to drive patient volume and revenue growth.
