Own the full SaaS sales cycle across Central and Western North America, from prospecting and demos through negotiation and closing. Build inbound and outbound pipeline, sell to IT and digital workplace personas, maintain accurate HubSpot forecasting, develop Microsoft ecosystem partnerships, and collaborate with Customer Success and Product to drive onboarding and expansion revenue.

Serves as an on-camera Complex News host covering music, internet culture, entertainment, and cultural events. Creates approximately 10 vertical videos weekly by scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing, and posting content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and the Complex app. Monitors breaking news, conducts interviews, collaborates with content strategy and social teams, and plans coverage for major cultural moments. Requires rapid turnaround, strong editorial judgment, cultural expertise, and flexible after-hours availability.

Provides billing and client accounting support to partners, billing coordinators, and the Client Accounting team. Responsibilities include generating and distributing bills, processing edits, write-offs, transfers, retainer applications, collections follow-up, reviewing outstanding balances, maintaining billing files and logs, responding to inquiries, and escalating complex issues.
