As the Director of Client Sales for PatientPoint, you will build strategic partnerships with CPG and consumer health marketers to grow the Consumer Health Network, focusing on expanding client relationships and driving revenue.

Lead and build Deepgram's AI enablement function: prototype and ship reusable agents, MCP servers, paved-road workflows, prompt and retrieval patterns, and an enablement hub. Drive company-wide AI adoption with measurable productivity metrics, embed safe-use guardrails, partner across Platform, Security, Data, and People Ops, and grow a central team and distributed champions network.

Lead two engineering teams owning real-time call delivery infrastructure and applied voice AI. Set technical roadmaps, manage and hire engineers, drive model-to-production work on EOU, VAD, AMD, STT accuracy and latency, collaborate with product and AI leadership, and unblock cross-functional challenges.

Lead and mature the companys information security program: maintain ISMS and certifications, run SOC operations (SIEM/EDR), integrate security into SDLC, manage vulnerability and incident response, oversee third-party/vendor risk, conduct security testing and training, and support regulatory cybersecurity QMS documentation and submissions for FDA, EU MDR, NIST standards.

Lead corporate accounting functions including month-end close, payroll, tax filings, regulatory compliance and audit support. Support fundraising, compensation, and budgeting decisions. Build reporting frameworks, manage bank and HR vendor relationships, and translate proprietary claims/payments system output into traditional audit-ready reports. Work on modern accounting platforms and drive automation and optimization.

Lead engineering as the first onshore senior hire: set architecture across telehealth, EHR, patient dashboard and AI; write production code; direct and mentor offshore engineers; establish engineering standards, reliability, security (HIPAA), hiring, and on-call/incident practices while partnering with the CEO.

Act as Too Lost's LATAM A&R representative to source and onboard independent artists and labels. Verify rights and metadata, pitch product suite, generate leads via cold outreach, resolve ingestion/delivery issues, perform post-ingestion QC on DSPs, and advise on catalog monetization to maximize ROI.

Own relationships with strategic enterprise and mid-market customers to drive adoption, renewals, upsells, and advocacy. Develop account plans and success frameworks, forecast retention and growth, translate customer feedback to Product and Engineering, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to expand account footprint.

Own strategic customer relationships post-sale including implementations, product adoption, renewals, pricing negotiations, expansion, executive engagement, and cross-functional issue resolution while building scalable post-sales playbooks.

The Business Development Manager partners with Sales Leadership to develop growth strategies, leverage relationships, conduct analyses, and identify business opportunities to enhance revenue in new businesses.
