Own the technical pre-sales process for Sona’s US expansion, leading discovery, demonstrations, proof-of-concept engagements, and RFP responses. Partner with Account Executives to translate workforce management challenges into business outcomes, develop US-specific sales assets and playbooks, and provide customer feedback to Product, Engineering, and Implementation.
