Own client implementation projects from contract signing through go-live. Build and expand fintech and payment systems using Go, microservices, databases, and cloud technologies. Design production APIs and tooling, diagnose customer issues, manage full release lifecycles, document systems, and mentor engineers. Collaborate with product and business teams while guiding AI agents to produce maintainable, observable, testable code that meets engineering standards. Work independently in a high-availability environment and contribute to next-generation financial products.

Own long-term workforce planning and capacity strategy across Customer Success channels. Develop forecasts, staffing models, scenario analyses, dashboards, and labor investment recommendations. Analyze staffing, productivity, occupancy, shrinkage, service levels, and automation impacts. Partner with Customer Success, AI, Data, Finance, Talent Acquisition, BPO providers, and senior leadership to guide hiring, budgeting, headcount planning, and operational improvements through data-driven insights.

Provides sales and account support across retail and e-commerce customers, coordinating product setup, promotions, forecasts, purchase orders, fulfillment, reporting, and customer records. Manages Walmart Marketplace activities including catalog maintenance, inventory monitoring, listing health, promotions, performance metrics, and purchase orders. Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service to resolve issues, identify risks, and support marketplace growth.

Design, prototype, iterate, polish, and ship single-player and cooperative shooter levels using Unreal Engine. Collaborate with artists, mission designers, writers, programmers, narrative designers, and enemy designers to create engaging combat and mission experiences. Own level vision from paper design through final product, incorporate feedback, meet deadlines, maintain quality standards, and mentor junior level designers.

Designs and validates enterprise solutions for strategic customers using HERE APIs, SDKs, platform services, and mapping technologies. Leads technical discovery, architecture design, demonstrations, workshops, evaluations, and proof-of-concept engagements. Partners with Sales, Product, Engineering, Services, and Customer Success teams to address customer requirements, risks, integrations, and implementation readiness. Communicates technical recommendations and tradeoffs to business and technical stakeholders while supporting account planning, competitive evaluations, expansion opportunities, and successful presales-to-implementation handoffs.

Own the member engagement product roadmap across email, SMS, and AI-powered voice outreach. Configure campaigns, segmentation, triggers, sequencing, and A/B tests in Customer.io; analyze engagement data and conversion metrics; drive experimentation; and partner with engineering, marketing, clients, sales, and operations to improve outreach systems, content, timing, and member outcomes.

Supports the Customer Experience department by streamlining processes, coordinating cross-functional projects, executing deliverables, maintaining recurring compliance-related work, and fostering collaboration across Services, Success, and Support teams. The intern will receive onboarding, mentorship, routine check-ins, and exposure to multiple teams and stakeholders while working remotely during a 14–16-week term.
