Build and manage customer engagement programs across approximately 20 enterprise accounts. Develop user communities, champion networks, and executive relationships; organize events, workshops, training, and ongoing programming; map stakeholders and identify expansion opportunities for account managers. Develop brand guidelines and reusable systems, create launch and social content, design product motion assets, and deliver production-ready work to engineering. The role partners closely with product, go-to-market, founders, and external creative partners.

Own technical implementation workstreams across multiple customer accounts, drive rapid AI platform activation, lead user sessions and technical presentations, and build scalable solutions for clean handoffs. The role combines hands-on solution building, client-facing consulting, stakeholder collaboration, and customer outcome ownership in a fast-moving manufacturing technology environment.

Own end-to-end relationships with a portfolio of customers, leading onboarding, training, strategy, check-ins, and ongoing account engagement. Translate customer questions into data-driven analyses, reports, and presentations using SQL and AI tools. Communicate technical findings clearly, support adoption of AI-powered products, and relay customer feedback to improve Bonfire’s products and analytical playbooks.

Manages corporate tax compliance, including complex federal, state, local, consolidated, and multi-state returns. Oversees ASC 740 income tax provisions, deferred tax calculations, valuation allowances, and uncertain tax positions. Leads and mentors tax professionals, develops tax strategies, conducts research, advises clients on transactions and restructurings, and manages client and regulatory relationships.

Supports commercial credit underwriting and portfolio monitoring across the loan lifecycle. Reviews financial statements, tax returns, appraisals, credit reports, industry research, and market data; develops financial models, cash flow analyses, collateral schedules, covenant sensitivities, and risk ratings. Partners with relationship managers, recommends deal structures and risk mitigants, identifies emerging credit risks, presents findings to credit committees, and ensures compliance with credit policies and regulatory standards.

Analyzes compensation and workforce data; supports salary structures, market pricing, incentives, benefits, wellness, recognition, and compensation planning. Develops dashboards, reports, models, and recommendations for HR and business decisions. Partners cross-functionally on program administration, budgeting, audits, compliance, data quality, and process improvement while protecting sensitive employee information.

Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for retention, post-purchase, and returning-customer experiences. Lead order tracking, returns, accounts, self-service support, personalization, experimentation, and checkout optimization. Manage a dedicated engineering and design group while partnering with platform teams, CRM, Retention, and external agencies. Define metrics, run A/B tests, analyze cohorts and funnels, and drive measurable improvements in repeat purchasing and customer engagement.
