Provide high-level administrative, operational, and analytical support to attorneys and practice groups: prepare and reconcile client/matter reports, manage time and expense entries, coordinate travel and meetings, handle document production and records management, and support business development and client-service initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and improving processes.

Design, deploy, and secure scalable AWS and Azure cloud environments using IaC. Build secure CI/CD pipelines, enforce software supply-chain protections, harden AKS/EKS, manage key rotation and data protection, and centralize telemetry into Microsoft Defender for Cloud. Support secure AI/LLM platforms and operationalize cloud security posture and runtime protections.

Source, evaluate, and execute Seed–Series A investments; lead due diligence; build dealflow and investor/founder networks; support fundraising and investor relations; and actively manage and support a portfolio of startups to drive performance.

Lead ideation, strategy, and production of video-first content for social channels. Manage end-to-end content creation (scripting, filming, editing), freelance crews, asset library, distribution, and performance tracking. Host on-camera and direct larger productions while aligning creative work with brand objectives.

Own day-to-day accounting: full-cycle AP, AR, reconciliations, journal entries, GL maintenance, month/quarter close support, and cross-functional billing/payment resolution. Improve processes and apply automation/AI where possible.
