Reviews and validates client exposure data, identifies abnormalities, prepares reports and presentations, communicates with clients on routine projects, and researches scientific and industry information on regional perils.

Supports digital transformation initiatives by gathering client and stakeholder requirements, conducting market and feasibility analysis, aligning digital strategies, documenting business processes, assessing data readiness, assisting with demonstrations and user acceptance testing, resolving process and application gaps, and troubleshooting user access issues.
