Lead development of seasonal print collections partnering with designers; set print direction, trend reporting, and presentations. Scan, clean, recolor, color-match, create repeats and texture maps; adapt prints to garment patterns for production. Track artwork, attend concept meetings, research retail trends and markets, and produce cohesive boards and samples.

Develop and implement structured financial products (derivatives, structured notes) to meet client needs. Perform pricing, valuation, quantitative analysis, and risk management. Collaborate with traders, sales, and risk teams; lead or coach team members and contribute to policy, controls, and stakeholder communication.

Lead pre-sales technical engagements as the primary technical advisor to customers and partners. Develop value stories, win and run POVs, contribute to GTM and regional POV strategy, map technical pain points to ROI, enable channel partners, and close platform deals while traveling regionally to client sites.

Support programs by collecting and analyzing service delivery and outcome data, developing evaluation designs and logic models, monitoring performance, implementing CQI/QA systems, coordinating database/reporting needs with IT, conducting audits and client satisfaction studies, and producing recommendations to improve program quality and reporting.
