Manage end-to-end biweekly payroll for US and Canada using ADP Workforce Now. Audit and reconcile payroll, ensure regulatory compliance, prepare journal entries, support year-end processes, administer benefits contributions, liaise with employees/vendors, and document and train payroll processes.

Drive campaign strategy, design across digital/print/motion/spatial, manage production and QA, present pitches, synthesize performance insights, and mentor junior designers while maintaining timelines and platform specs.

Use a proven sales playbook to present new collections, drive merchandising and assortment strategy, prospect new accounts, and track activity via CRM and digital tools.
