Implement transformations and dimensional models (dbt), ensure data quality and observability, write SQL for analysis, support BI/dashboarding, monitor SLAs, troubleshoot incidents, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver analytics-ready datasets.

Manage the full data quality lifecycle for constituent records in Salesforce: deduplication, merges, data appends/enrichment, imports/exports, vendor management, audits, governance, reporting, staff training, and supervise a team focused on CRM data hygiene to support nonprofit fundraising operations.

Advise clients on carbon management and nature-based sustainability strategies; produce executive-level reports and presentations; lead multidisciplinary teams; support business development and scope creation; evaluate feasibility of carbon removal technologies; represent the company at industry events.

Perform QA reviews of moderate-to-complex residential and commercial flood claims, ensure compliance with NFIP/SFIP guidelines, provide feedback to independent adjusters, and support catastrophe surge operations. Utilize estimating best practices and tools such as Xactimate and XactAnalysis.

Build, maintain, and troubleshoot backend integrations between Hudu and third-party PSAs, RMMs, and identity providers. Implement OAuth and other auth flows, design background job processing (Sidekiq) at scale, write and test backend code, monitor performance, and improve platform/billing infrastructure. Document code, collaborate with teams, and use AI-assisted tooling to accelerate integration work.

Lead the software implementation team, combining technical support escalation engineering with program management. Oversee deployments of RADs robotics and AI solutions, manage escalations, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure delivery quality, and drive operational processes for successful customer rollouts.
