The role requires quantitative and programming skills, financial markets and risk management knowledge, strong communication, project management, and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive assignments. Travel and work outside normal business hours may be required.

Own Conveo’s contract lifecycle operations, including drafting, redlining, negotiating, templating, and tracking SaaS agreements. Support data privacy, corporate legal matters, risk management, and external counsel coordination. Build AI-powered legal workflows, playbooks, and self-service processes that accelerate enterprise deal execution and reduce legal bottlenecks.
