Provides tax compliance, research, planning, and consulting services for hedge funds, private equity funds, real estate funds, and related entities. Responsibilities include preparing complex tax filings and allocations, analyzing securities and financial instruments, resolving tax issues, communicating with tax authorities, and advising on fund structuring and tax strategies.

Own the end-to-end partner lifecycle: identify, evaluate, negotiate, and sign partnerships. Demo product, activate and grow partnerships, gather partner feedback to inform product and GTM, develop repeatable playbooks, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive revenue.

Lead Wispr Flow’s security assurance and GRC programs across SOC 2, ISO 27001, privacy, risk management, and enterprise customer requirements. Own customer security reviews, questionnaires, escalations, Trust Center content, audit evidence, controls, remediation, and compliance tooling. Partner with Engineering, Product, Legal, Sales, and Customer Success to address security blockers, improve automation, communicate AI security and privacy practices, and translate customer feedback into product requirements.

Leads revenue operations processes, analytics, planning, forecasting, reporting, and systems optimization. Partners with Sales and cross-functional leadership on territory design, quota allocation, pipeline health, productivity, and go-to-market initiatives. Develops dashboards and actionable insights, improves revenue workflows and data governance, optimizes CRM capabilities, and identifies automation and AI opportunities. Presents performance findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders while supporting scalable operating standards.

Own growth analytics and marketing measurement across acquisition channels, attribution, funnels, onboarding, and creative performance. Maintain trustworthy event tracking and reporting across Amplitude, Metabase, Snowflake, and OursPrivacy; reconcile advertising and internal data; analyze CAC, conversion, and patient outcomes; support A/B tests and incrementality studies; and translate findings into actionable recommendations for Growth, Product, Engineering, and Marketing.

Creates, films, edits, writes, schedules, and publishes social content for the Founder and CEO. Manages content calendars, social profiles, social commerce platforms, community engagement, trend monitoring, performance insights, and real-time event and travel content. Coordinates with internal teams and supports select administrative tasks while maintaining discretion and flexibility for evenings, weekends, onsite work, and frequent travel.
