Lead end-to-end recruiting for engineering, product, and GTM roles across the Americas. Build targeted, diverse pipelines using sourcing, AI, and headhunting; manage screening, interviews, offer negotiations, and hiring metrics. Partner with hiring managers to shape role scopes and hiring strategy, improve TA processes, and contribute to employer branding and talent programs.

Own and evolve backend systems and cloud infrastructure for an AI discovery platform. Build scalable services in Python and Go, manage IaC (Terraform), containerized deployments (Docker/CI/CD), integrate LLM providers, optimize performance/cost/observability, mentor engineers, and influence long-term backend architecture to support growth.

This role involves virtual appointments with clients, educating them on insurance options, and building a career in insurance sales with no cold calling.

Provide technical support for desktops and laptops, troubleshoot client issues, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage service calls and inventory.
