Coordinates internal teams, vendors, stakeholders, budgets, schedules, risks, resources, and project documentation. Ensures technical feasibility and on-time, on-budget completion while tracking performance and escalating issues. Develops project plans, process maps, spreadsheets, and diagrams, maintains stakeholder relationships, and supports organizational IAM strategy in an agile environment.

Manage and resolve member and corporate complaints end-to-end; conduct root-cause investigations; perform quality evaluations of calls, emails, and requests; run audits, calibration sessions, and coaching; identify trends and drive service improvement initiatives in collaboration with Operations, Training, and Client Services.

Manage customer-facing high-tech integration projects from pre-sales through delivery. Plan resources, develop schedules, track milestones, control scope, manage risks, maintain documentation, and ensure quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Designs and implements enterprise AWS solutions for contact centers, primarily using Amazon Connect and Salesforce Service Cloud Voice. Responsibilities include developing integrations, configuring cloud services, advising on technical requirements, leading development teams, conducting code reviews, troubleshooting, documenting solutions, and training users. The role requires programming proficiency, AWS architecture knowledge, infrastructure automation, CI/CD experience, and the ability to lead technical delivery with minimal direction.
