Part-time associate responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing front-desk operations, using CRM to respond to inquiries, and driving sales through upselling and meeting team targets. Supports scheduling, registration, attendance processes, maintains facility appearance, and collaborates with teams to execute seasonal programs and sales initiatives.

Lead membership sales, mentor consultants, build and manage a sales pipeline, align with marketing, run weekly sales meetings, host member events, and act as a visible ambassador to grow membership.
