Paid Fall 2026 internship supporting Smartly’s Customer Success team in New York. The intern will shadow Customer Success and Paid Social Media Managers, learn Smartly’s advertising platform and social channels, develop an upsell matrix, analyze campaign performance, support strategic recommendations, and collaborate on customer and commercial projects.

Source, attract, assess, and close senior technical candidates, especially engineers, using networks, outbound recruiting, events, agencies, data, and unconventional approaches. Build recruiting processes, scorecards, reporting, employer brand, and candidate pipelines while advising leadership on hiring plans, offers, and interview quality. The role requires hands-on recruiting, strong technical judgment, relationship building, and AI-enabled recruiting automation.

Leads GoodRx’s consumer subscription growth, pricing, monetization, and economic strategy. Develops analytical frameworks, evaluates customer behavior and unit economics, identifies growth opportunities, and shapes product, packaging, investment, and experimentation priorities. Partners with Product, Finance, Pricing, Marketing, Analytics, and Design leaders to solve ambiguous business problems, influence senior decisions, and improve acquisition, engagement, retention, lifetime value, and profitability.

Build and ship end-to-end full-stack features across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
