Leads CACF’s fundraising and communications strategy, including institutional and individual giving, major gifts, grants, events, campaigns, donor stewardship, and philanthropic partnerships. Reports aggregate and state-specific Workers’ Compensation data, resolves bureau inquiries and data anomalies, supports surcharge and assessment payments, documents reporting processes, and partners with Claims Data Quality and IT to ensure accurate regulatory reporting.

Supports client relationships, digital media campaign execution, optimization, analysis, reporting, and program innovation across social, search, video, and programmatic channels. Supports accounting operations through balance sheet reconciliations, month-end close, journal entries, accruals, account analysis, financial reporting, audit support, and tax accounting. The role also supports ERP-related accounting activities and process transformation.

Leads pharmaceutical advertising copy and creative projects across interactive, motion, print, and multimedia channels.
