Evaluate and evolve the GTM technology stack while measuring automation performance through experimentation.

Build and operate production AI applications and shared platform capabilities using AWS Bedrock and Python. Develop AI agents, MCP servers, APIs, and distributed services; integrate AI into existing applications; evaluate retrieval, tool-use, orchestration, and model-performance approaches; and ensure reliability, security, testing, observability, and maintainability. Partner with technical and business stakeholders to identify workflow improvements, influence architecture and engineering standards, support delivery planning, and mentor less experienced engineers.

Execute strategic projects and develop operational processes across the business. Manage company KPIs, support annual and quarterly planning, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and work directly with leadership on high-priority initiatives. The role requires structured problem-solving, analytical ability, operational ownership, and synthesizing complex data to drive measurable business outcomes in healthcare.

Own Datadog’s web content engineering, CMS operations, technical SEO, and AI discoverability across web properties. Build and maintain pages, support CMS templates and workflows, establish structural standards, monitor site health, and improve how search engines and AI answer engines interpret and cite content. Partner with Marketing, UX, Product Marketing, and Engineering while using AI, agents, automation, dashboards, and insights to streamline publishing and prioritization.

Maintains accurate inventory of servers, networking equipment, and other IT assets across data centers. Coordinates shipping, receiving, storage, and resource allocation; conducts audits; updates inventory records; prepares reports; resolves discrepancies; and collaborates with Operations, IT, Procurement, and Finance. The role is fully onsite, requires handling heavy objects, and may involve travel to other data center locations.
