Proactively identify and engage prospective customers in medical, academic, health/wellness, or fitness sectors to meet sales quotas. Demonstrate and sell clinical-grade metabolic assessment products, build and maintain client relationships, track interactions in CRM, follow sales strategies and KPIs, research market opportunities, and travel for business and tradeshows.

Partner with Americas Sales leaders to provide financial analysis, deal structuring support, and forecasting. Own weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting, E:B metrics, pipeline and deal analytics. Lead process improvement and automation, collaborate with deal desk, Shared Services, Sales Operations, Revenue Accounting and HR to inform strategy and drive business performance.

Own product initiatives from concept to launch across platform, patient experience, and internal tools. Translate business, clinical, and user problems into requirements. Partner with engineering and design to scope, prioritize, and ship features using agile practices. Define success metrics, use data to guide decisions, and collaborate with clinical and operations stakeholders to improve user experience and scalability.

Lead, draft, negotiate, and close commercial agreements (SaaS, licensing, partnerships). Provide end-to-end legal support for high-value transactions, assess and mitigate legal risk, build contract playbooks and templates, collaborate cross-functionally, monitor legal developments, and support dispute resolution.

Design, build, and maintain front-end and back-end systems; collaborate with product and design teams; ensure UI/UX feasibility, security, performance, and scalability; perform debugging, code reviews, documentation, and infrastructure/hosting management.

Onsite, part-time set dresser supporting broadcast and live-stream productions: design and build studio sets, create mood boards and sketches, source materials and vendors, collaborate with directors and producers, occasionally handle food styling, and manage scenic projects through delivery.

Perform end-to-end data science for underwriting, auto-quoting, and sales analytics: detect emerging risks, quantify data blind spots, build multi-signal models and confidence scoring, measure algorithmic impact on sales, and maintain ingestion and pipeline data quality and monitoring.

Provide front-line technical support and troubleshooting for EMR software; configure/customize forms, reminders, devices, e-prescribing, and interfaces; train clients and internal staff; test new features; collaborate with finance, billing, interface and development teams; travel to client sites up to three days per week.

Provide technical due diligence and advisory for infrastructure investments across power, energy, telecom, transportation, and industrial sectors. Conduct desktop reviews, site visits, asset condition and performance assessments, opex/capex analysis, risk/opportunity identification, and prepare comprehensive reports. Manage multidisciplinary technical teams, support portfolio optimization, monitor market and regulatory trends, and contribute to business development and project financial controls.

Own and execute partnership and growth initiatives: build segmented lead lists, manage CRM hygiene and outreach, qualify opportunities, represent the company at events, develop commercial collateral, and support competitive and pricing research to drive pipeline and revenue.
