Manage international inbound ocean and air freight, including bookings, shipment tracking, carrier exceptions, customs coordination, Amazon FBA/AWD operations, and contract manufacturer documentation. Maintain landed costs, NetSuite inventory transactions, month-end reconciliations, EPR records, and freight invoice disputes.
