Own enterprise customer opportunities from discovery through commercial close and go-live transition. Lead operational workflow discovery, current- and future-state solution design, workflow configuration, pilot setup, testing, troubleshooting, technical validation, value articulation, and executive readouts. The Inside Sales Representative will manage customer communications, prepare quotes, handle orders and returns, and maintain product knowledge to support outside sales activities.

Own Minerva's inbound sales pipeline and full sales cycle from demo request to closed deal. Run discovery calls, deliver technical and business-facing demos of the API and identity graph, collaborate with engineering/data on scoping, match-rate tests, and POCs, and relay market feedback to shape product and roadmap.

Lead day-to-day operations across five NYC studios, ensuring event readiness, operational consistency, inventory and cleanliness, staffing, training, scheduling, and guest experience. Define and execute the product roadmap for AI-driven on-chain monitoring tools to detect blockchain threats. Collaborate with engineering, research, and stakeholders, analyze market and customer feedback, prioritize features, ensure timely delivery, and maintain transparent communication across teams.

Own and analyze 3PL and warehouse data to audit invoices, reconcile ERP/WMS and EDI/API feeds, track logistics and storage costs, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and build automated dashboards and vendor scorecards to drive cost and operational improvements.
