Manage sales account administration as well as Salesforce.com report and dashboard creation.
Oversee and optimize lead routing and distribution.
Lead follow-up tracking, reporting, and enforcement.
Sales activity and account analysis and auditing, as well as drive process automation.
Administer sales compensation plans.
Sales optimization and efficiency analysis, including but not limited to pipeline analysis, identifying at-risk deals, and territory planning.
Partner with Marketing to provide insight, materials and other support for the selling process.
Assist in developing training for sales teams when onboarding and provide thought leadership in operations best practices.
Prepare, organize and oversee quarterly and annual sales kickoffs.
