The Forward Deployed Investor will leverage expertise in private markets and AI to drive customer adoption, shape product strategy, and enhance investment processes for top-tier private capital firms.

Full-cycle, revenue-carrying sales role focused on sourcing, winning, and expanding enterprise and mid-market creative partnerships. Own pipeline from outbound prospecting to close, lead discovery and pitch conversations with marketing leaders, collaborate with Creative Directors to build proposals, scope/pricing SOWs, and grow accounts into integrated long-term relationships across agency brands.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and assist with special projects, nominations, and advocacy mission coordination.

Own operational execution for Blackbird Club membership and events: manage access-based rewards, run event logistics and ticketing, coordinate partner activations, onboard and maintain loyalty partnerships, and ensure member experiences match promises while collaborating with marketing and field teams.

Produce developer and user-facing documentation for Kizen's insurance product suite. Document APIs, integrations, data models, and workflows; validate OpenAPI specs; maintain docs-as-code in Git; collaborate with product, engineering, and solutions teams; manage documentation projects from intake to publication and improve developer experience.

Own vision, roadmap, and delivery of an enterprise AI platform. Partner with business, engineering, data, and ML teams to design reusable components, secure integrations, governed workflows, and user experiences for generative AI/LLM-enabled products. Drive discovery, release, and ongoing iteration using Agile SDLC practices.

Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy and long-range planning to optimize network footprint, costs, inventory, and supplier performance. Drive cross-functional initiatives, implement Lean/Six Sigma improvements, enable automation and analytics, manage risk/compliance, and deliver measurable ROI and operational scalability.

Lead end-to-end product design for complex platform features, contribute to and maintain a reusable design system, run usability testing and analytics-driven iterations, ensure WCAG 2.2 accessibility, and partner closely with Product and Engineering to deliver production-ready, AI-enabled UI solutions.
